1. What are the requirements for renting a vehicle?
   The renter must be 25 years or older and driving for a minimum of 2 years or more.  A security deposit of $USD X.00 is payable in advance and is refundable if there is no damage or loss and/or no violations of the rental agreement.
2. Are there any limits on the mileage that I can drive the vehicle during the rental period?
   There are no restrictions on mileage; you can drive for as long as necessary without incurring additional fees.
3. How do I obtain a driver’s permit?
   A temporary driving license, costing EC$75.00, must be purchased at the Traffic Branch of the Kingstown Police Headquarters.
4. Who is  allowed to drive the vehicle?
   Only the renter who holds a valid driver’s license and is insurable under a rental agreement is permitted to drive the vehicle.
   
   
5. Does your company offer drop-off and pick-up service?
   Yes.  In order to better accommodate our customers, Lewis Auto World offers Drop off and Pick up

7. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
   If your flight is cancelled please contact us via e-mail or telephone.
8. Can I extend my rental dates?
   You may only extend a rental date when no other requests for that particular vehicle has been received.
